I have just had my gas cooktop connected after a long wait for my cooktop to arrive (Covert Delays Unfortunately) and then before we had even started using it I dropped 1 of the Travets which broke. I rang customer help and explained what had happened and to my surprise the gentleman said “ no problems I will send you out another one and free of charge “ .it arrived 2 days later and I cannot recommend Goldline highly enough ther Cooktop and there Customer Service are First Class I will be letting all my friends and family know.
