Shipping: We offer shipping to customers within Australia. We process and ship orders within 24-48hrs business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays.

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods for orders:

Standard Shipping: We ship orders via standard shipping with delivery as below: (All eta's worst case scenario)
1. 1. VIC & NSW: can tack 1 week for delivery
  2. SA & QLD: can tack 2 weeks for delivery
  3. NT & WA: can tack 2-3 weeks for delivery

Delivery: We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Returns: We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong product or the product is defective.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier.
